Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression of the organization.
- Manage multi-line phone systems, efficiently directing calls and taking messages as needed to maintain smooth communication.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and room bookings, optimizing the use of resources and time.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring timely distribution and adherence to security protocols.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office administration or hospitality are a plus.
- 1-3 years of experience in a front office or customer service role, demonstrating a proactive approach to guest relations.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software to enhance productivity.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and the local language; additional languages are a strong advantage for diverse clientele.
