Roles & Responsibilities
Job Role: Front Desk or Member Experience, or Guest Relations ensuring every member receives a premium personalized experience.
Core Responsibilities
- Deliver a warm, professional, and welcoming experience for all members and guests.
- Manage front desk operations including check-ins, calls, bookings, and guest inquiries with impeccable service standards.
- Support membership and package sales, promoting our premium fitness and wellness services.
- Maintain a pristine, organized, and luxurious reception environment.
- Uphold high-end service protocols, company policies, and safety standards at all times.
- Collaborate with trainers, management, and staff to ensure seamless member experience.
- Anticipate member needs and provide personalized assistance to enhance loyalty and satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 2 years experience in front desk, reception, or customer service (luxury fitness, wellness, or hospitality preferred).
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Strong computer literacy and familiarity with booking/admin systems.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, poised, and professional.
- Energetic, physically presentable, and service-oriented.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and adapt to shift schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
