Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage the front desk operations by greeting and assisting visitors, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them appropriately and taking messages when necessary to ensure seamless communication.
Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences, efficiently managing the executive calendar.
Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of a high school diploma; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration is preferred.
At least 2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably within a corporate environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with graphic design tools.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
Presentable appearance and professional dressing are essential.
