Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Front Desk & Visitor Management
- Greet and register visitors; issue access badges per policy.
- Maintain a professional reception area and notify staff of arrivals.
- Coordinate with Security to ensure compliance with safety and confidentiality standards.
2. Communication & Call Handling
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Respond to general inquiries and manage emails via EMAIL_ADDRESS and EMAIL_ADDRESS.
3. Administrative & Logistical Support
- Assist with courier coordination, document distribution, and mail tracking.
- Support room bookings, refreshments, and event logistics.
- Maintain contact lists of internal departments and vendors.
4. Compliance & Record-Keeping
- Keep visitor logs and delivery records in line with data and security policies.
- Follow HSE and emergency procedures.
- Report incidents or issues to the Facility Supervisor.
