Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Meet and greet visitors to the premises and maintain a visitor log book.
Directs visitors to the right department / person in a prompt and professional manner.
Handle all inquiries over the phone and walk-ins to ensure they are catered to in a prompt and professional manner.
Act as the point of contact for incoming messages/communication to address queries and communicate messages to the recipient in a timely manner.
Provide administrative and clerical support in managing day to day office activities as required.
Coordinate with employees for organising meetings and work closely with the Office Boy(s) to organise the meeting rooms.
Take necessary measures to maintain the reception area in a clean, presentable, and organized manner.
Support the ongoing and settling of new joiners ensuring that workstations, ID cards, business cards and stationery are made available.
Coordinates travel, hotel, and visa arrangements for Grand Blue City Development employees and Guest.
Provide office stationery and ensure stock levels are maintained
Desired Candidate Profile
General diploma (High school) with 5 years in relevant experience or Diploma with 5 years in relevant experience.
