Roles & Responsibilities
Job description:
-
- Responsible for greeting visitors and clients in a warm and friendly manner.
- Responsible for maintaining the reception facilities and ensuring the resources are used efficiently.
- Handle general administrative tasks like emailing and updating calendars.
- Operate telephone switchboard to answer and forward calls , providing information, taking messages .
- Follow up all prospect clients.
Desired Candidate Profile
General Conditions:- Proficiency in English & Arabic language, spoken and written. - Good command of Computer use, particularly MS office programs. - Strong communication skills, courteous and people friendly personality. - 2 Years Front Desk Experience (Experience of UAE is a plus) - When sending CV, a copy of photograph should be included
