Roles & Responsibilities


What You Will Do

  • Support pre-opening activities, including setup of receiving area, inventory systems, and vendor delivery schedules.
  • Inspect and verify incoming deliveries against purchase orders and specifications.
  • Accurately record all received items and ensure proper storage and documentation.
  • Communicate with Purchasing and operational teams regarding deliveries, discrepancies, and quality concerns.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the receiving dock and storage areas.
  • Assist in stock rotation, labeling, and inventory counts.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Support inventory control and proper documentation for audit purposes.

What You Bring

  • Previous experience in receiving, inventory, or storekeeping roles within luxury hospitality or similar environments, ideally in a pre-opening setting.
  • Basic understanding of procurement and inventory systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and handle goods safely.
  • Suitable candidates must be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia. Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
