Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
A) Oversee all AR functions, including sales orders , invoicing, collections, and account reconciliations. B) Maintain the integrity of customer balances and ensure all transactions are properly recorded. C) Supervise the AR aging process, ensuring overdue accounts are promptly followed up and escalated. D) Develop and implement credit policies, payment terms, and collection strategies aligned with company objectives. E) Prepare monthly AR reports, aging analyses, and collection forecasts. F) Highlight risks, trends, and opportunities to improve cash flow and reduce overdue balances. G) Ensure all receivable transactions comply with IFRS, internal policies, and audit requirements H) Prepare LC & BG documents and coordinate with sales & Banks for collections I) Maintain alignment between AR balances and the general ledger
Desired Candidate Profile
A) Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance B) At least 8 years of experience as an Accountant C) Proficiency in ERP accounting software ( e.g. INFOR, or similar)
