Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct property viewings and showcase properties to potential buyers, emphasizing key features and benefits to create a strong impression.
  • Negotiate offers and manage the sales process, ensuring all legal and financial aspects are handled efficiently and ethically to close deals successfully.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on market conditions, property values, and investment strategies to build trust and credibility.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide exceptional customer service and generate referrals.
  • Prepare and present property listings, marketing materials, and sales proposals, highlighting unique selling points to attract potential buyers.
  • Stay informed about local real estate market trends, property regulations, and legal requirements to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Collaborate with other real estate professionals, such as brokers and property managers, to facilitate smooth transactions and achieve shared goals.
  • Utilize CRM software and other tools to manage client interactions, track leads, and streamline the sales process for maximum efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required, a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Possess a valid UAE real estate broker's license or be in the process of obtaining one, demonstrating legal authorization to operate.
  • Relevant certifications, such as those from RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Agency), are a plus, showcasing professional development.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales in Abu Dhabi, providing a solid understanding of the local market.
  • Experience in selling luxury properties or off-plan projects is highly desirable, indicating specialized expertise.
  • No specific nationality preference, reflecting an inclusive approach to talent acquisition.
  • Fluency in English is essential, facilitating effective communication with a diverse client base.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, property listing platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite is expected, optimizing workflow.
