Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Promote and sell off-plan and ready properties from top UAE developers,
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, guiding them through the sales process from inquiry to handover.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and online marketing,
- Conduct property viewings and assist clients in making informed decisions,
- Negotiate deals and close property transactions,
- Stay updated with Dubai real estate trends, projects, and pricing,
- Maintain regular follow-up with clients to build long-term relationships
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in real estate sales is an advantage but not mandatory,
- Freshers with strong communication and sales passion are welcome,
- Must be based in Dubai or willing to relocate,
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills,
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships,
- Good knowledge of Dubai real estate market (preferred),
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools,
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and ambitious.
- Strong network of potential buyers and investors.
