Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell off-plan and ready properties from top UAE developers,
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, guiding them through the sales process from inquiry to handover.
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and online marketing,
  • Conduct property viewings and assist clients in making informed decisions,
  • Negotiate deals and close property transactions,
  • Stay updated with Dubai real estate trends, projects, and pricing,
  • Maintain regular follow-up with clients to build long-term relationships

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in real estate sales is an advantage but not mandatory,
  • Freshers with strong communication and sales passion are welcome,
  • Must be based in Dubai or willing to relocate,
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills,
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships,
  • Good knowledge of Dubai real estate market (preferred),
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools,
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and ambitious.
  • Strong network of potential buyers and investors.
