We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Property Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for advising clients on property transactions, conducting market research, and delivering excellent customer service. As a Real Estate Property Consultant, you will help clients buy, sell, or rent properties while ensuring the best possible outcome for their investment. You must have a strong understanding of the real estate market, possess excellent negotiation skills, and be able to build and maintain relationships with clients. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and have a proven track record in real estate sales.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough market research to identify and evaluate property value and trends.
• Advise clients on best investment opportunities based on market analysis and their needs.
• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing expert consultation.
• Negotiate with buyers, sellers, and landlords to reach the best property deals.
• Work closely with legal, financial, and other real estate professionals to ensure seamless transactions.
• Prepare all necessary documentation including contracts, agreements, and closing documents.
• Develop and maintain a network of contacts in the real estate market to generate leads.
• Stay updated with industry trends and changes in local real estate laws.
• Provide clients with unparalleled customer service ensuring a pleasant transaction experience.
• Organize and conduct property viewings and open house sessions for potential buyers and renters.
• Coordinate inspections and appraisals, ensuring all parties meet required timelines.
• Follow up with clients post-transaction to ensure satisfaction and gather ongoing feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in the real estate industry.
• Valid real estate license or certification is mandatory for this position.
• Exemplary negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in real estate management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to work independently and prioritize tasks under strict deadlines.
