Real Estate Financial Analyst

We are looking for a Real Estate Financial Analyst to join our team and provide support and guidance to a Real Estate Investment Fund and its contracted Property Management Company. You will be responsible for conducting market research, performing financial analysis and valuation, creating financial models and forecasts, and preparing reports and presentations for senior management and investors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and feasibility studies to identify rental opportunities and risks in the Egyptian real estate market
• Perform financial analysis and valuation of real estate properties and portfolios using various methods and tools, such as discounted cash flow, net present value, internal rate of return, and sensitivity analysis
• Create financial models and forecasts to determine the potential profitability and risk of rental properties, taking into account various scenarios and assumptions
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management and investors, summarizing the financial performance, key metrics, and recommendations for rental properties
• Collaborate with other departments, such as leasing, property management, accounting, and legal, to provide financial input and support
• Stay updated on the latest trends, developments, and regulations in the rental market and the Egyptian market
• The RE Financial Analyst will report to the Head(s) of the Real Estate Investment Division

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in finance, accounting, business, real estate, economics, or related field
• Minimum of four years of financial analysis experience, preferably with real estate coverage
• Chartered financial analyst (CFA) or Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) is required
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and familiar with real estate software applications, such as Argus Taliance
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and with various stakeholders
• Knowledge of the Egyptian real estate market and its dynamics, opportunities, and challenges
• Knowledge of the Egyptian Banking and Non-banking Financial Sectors, their constituents and their products
