Roles & Responsibilities

About Us:

We are a dynamic real estate company specializing in property sales and rentals. We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist who can manage our marketing activities from A to Z — from strategy and content creation to campaign execution and lead generation.



  • Create and edit engaging content (posts, stories, videos, ads, property flyers).
  • Manage company social media pages with regular posting, creative ideas, and audience engagement.
  • Generate qualified leads for the sales team through paid and organic marketing strategies.
  • Design and run email campaigns, WhatsApp campaigns, and newsletters.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance (leads, cost per lead, ROI).
  • Stay updated with real estate market trends and suggest creative growth ideas.
  • Plan, create, and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) and Google Ads.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and lead generation (real estate experience is a big plus).
  • Strong skills in graphic design, video editing, and content creation.
  • Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, SEO, and CRM tools.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Creative thinker with the ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns.
