• Bachelor s degree in Real Estate, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of two years of experience in real estate consulting industry.
• Strong understanding of property laws and market practices required.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
• Proficiency in using real estate CRM software and digital tools.
• Proven track record of successful real estate transactions is necessary.
• Possession of a valid Real Estate Consultant or Broker License.
