Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a Sales Manager who will play a pivotal role in building Real Estate Brokerage Firm from the ground up — establishing the sales structure, hiring and training brokers, setting up marketing systems, and forging partnerships with real estate developers. Key Responsibilities Establish and structure the brokerage’s sales operations, policies, and performance systems. Recruit, train, and mentor a team of motivated real estate brokers. Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to position the firm in the Dubai property market. Build partnerships and sign agreements with leading real estate developers and project owners in the UAE. Oversee marketing activities, including digital campaigns, property events, and brand awareness initiatives. Monitor sales performance and ensure consistent achievement of company objectives. Provide market insights and assist in shaping the company’s growth strategy.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 4–6 years of experience in Dubai’s real estate industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role. Proven experience in setting up or expanding a real estate sales team or brokerage. Strong network and established relationships with UAE real estate developers. Exceptional communication, leadership, and negotiation skills. Deep understanding of Dubai real estate laws, RERA regulations, and market trends. RERA certification is an advantage.
