Company Profile:
Real Estate Brokerage Firm focused on serving High Net Worth Individuals from across the world.
Job Description / Responsibilities:
- Identify potential high net worth Buyers from USA, Canada & UK.
- Identify potential sellers in UAE.
- Establish Relationships with UAE based Real Estate Developers for allocation of inventory on new launches.
- Establish relationships with current brokers & sellers for inventory.
- Have an in depth understanding of the laws and regulations governing the real estate market
Desired Candidate Profile
5 - 7 years experience in UAE Real Estate Industry
· Fluent in English & Arabic
· UAE Driving License is a must.
Qualification: Must Have RERA License
Benefits:
Basic salary plus sales commissions. Dubai Residency Visa, cell phone & car can be provided as well for Eligible candidates.
