Roles & Responsibilities

  • Produce professional-grade video tours, incorporating smooth camera movements, dynamic editing, and compelling storytelling to create immersive experiences that allow viewers to envision themselves in the property.
  • Capture high-quality interior and exterior photographs of properties, ensuring optimal lighting and composition to showcase each property's unique features, transforming spaces into visual narratives that captivate potential buyers.
  • Manage and maintain a comprehensive library of photographs and videos, organizing files efficiently and ensuring easy access for marketing and promotional purposes, guaranteeing that visual assets are always readily available.
  • Collaborate with real estate agents to understand their specific needs and preferences, tailoring photography and videography to align with their marketing strategies, working in tandem to elevate their listings.
  • Edit and enhance photographs and videos using industry-standard software, ensuring color correction, retouching, and other enhancements to create polished and visually appealing final products, refining raw footage into stunning visuals.
  • Schedule and coordinate photography and videography appointments with clients and property owners, managing a busy calendar and ensuring timely completion of projects, orchestrating seamless shoots.
  • Prepare properties for photography and videography sessions, ensuring they are clean, staged, and ready for filming, contributing to the overall visual appeal.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest photography and videography trends and techniques, continually improving skills and offering innovative visual solutions, evolving with the market.
  • Manage and maintain photography and videography equipment, ensuring it is in good working order and ready for use, guaranteeing professional-quality production.
  • Assist with marketing and promotional activities, including creating content for social media, websites, and brochures, leveraging visual assets to drive engagement and generate leads, amplifying the reach.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, providing a foundational understanding of basic principles, opening doors to broader learning opportunities.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of photography and videography fundamentals, including composition, lighting, and camera operation, setting a solid base for visual storytelling.
  • Have prior experience in the real estate industry or a related field, providing valuable insights into the nuances of property marketing, establishing a context of the real estate landscape.
  • Possess at least 1-2 years of experience in photography and videography, demonstrating hands-on skills and the ability to deliver high-quality visual content, establishing a foundation of experience.
  • Be fluent in English, both written and spoken, enabling effective communication with clients and colleagues, establishing a solid basis for clear communication.
  • Exhibit proficiency in using industry-standard software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Premiere Pro, showcasing technical competence and a creative edge, enabling the creation of professional-grade visuals.
