Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain a robust network of potential clients through proactive outreach, including cold calling and networking events, to generate leads and expand your client base.
- Conduct comprehensive market analyses to identify property values, trends, and opportunities, enabling informed recommendations for clients.
- Effectively negotiate offers, counteroffers, and contracts on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable terms and successful transactions.
- Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing, providing expert guidance and support to clients throughout each stage.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Holds a high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.
- Possesses a valid real estate license, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate sales.
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of real estate principles, practices, and market dynamics.
- Exhibits exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; fluency in English is required, and multilingual abilities are a plus.
