Key Responsibilities

• Sell and lease residential apartments, villas, and commercial properties including SCOs in Dubai.
• Handle end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, property presentations, negotiations, and deal closures.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, developers, and channel partners.
• Actively generate leads through digital platforms, networking, referrals, and walk-ins.
• Create, shoot, and post engaging property reels and content on Instagram and other social media platforms.
• Conduct property site visits and virtual tours for prospective clients.
• Stay updated with Dubai real estate market trends, pricing, and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure excellent customer experience and after-sales support to build long-term relationships.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Pleasing personality with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Proven sales orientation with the ability to close high-value property deals.
• Strong presence and confidence in front of the camera.
• Hands-on experience with Instagram, including reel creation, captions, hashtags, and engagement strategies.
• Good understanding of digital marketing and personal branding on social media.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
