Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Proactively source and qualify leads for off-plan properties through networking, marketing efforts, and database management.
- Conduct compelling presentations and property viewings, focusing on the unique value propositions of off-plan developments.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of off-plan projects, market trends, and competitor offerings to provide expert advice.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with developers, investors, and other stakeholders in the real estate ecosystem.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the sales team and the company.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in real estate sales, with a focus on off-plan properties preferred.
