Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and property listings.
- Conduct property viewings and provide clients with accurate market information.
- Prepare and present offers, contracts, and related documents.
- Negotiate sales and rental agreements on behalf of clients.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.
- Achieve monthly sales/rental targets and contribute to overall team performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and landlords.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent in the UAE (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of UAE real estate market, RERA certification is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Valid UAE driving license and own car (preferred).
- Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
