Requirements
- Valid real estate license is required to practice as a Real Estate Agent.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is highly advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and property values.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills are necessary.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in using real estate databases and marketing technologies.
