Job Description

As a Real Estate Agent, you will play a vital role in assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties.   • Keep informed about real estate laws, policies, and market trends.
  • Monitor the closing processes and ensure transactions comply with legal standards.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a real estate agent or a similar position.
  • Valid real estate agent's or broker's license in the required state.
  • Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and its nuances.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills required.
  • Aptitude for understanding and following complex legal documents.
  • Technology-savvy and proficiency in real estate CRM software desirable.
  • High level of personal integrity, professionalism, and customer service orientation.
