We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Real Estate Agent to join our Jaipur branch. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in property sales, leasing, or client handling within the Indian real estate market. The role requires strong communication skills, local market knowledge, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

1. Property Sales & Leasing

• Promote and sell residential and commercial properties in and around Jaipur.
• Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and closings with clients.
• Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties according to their needs and budgets.
• Keep updated with property listings, new projects, and current market trends.

2. Client Relationship Management

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
• Provide professional advice and guidance throughout the transaction process.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and long-term client retention.

3. Lead Generation & Marketing

• Generate leads through online portals, social media platforms, and local networking.
• Create and manage property listings on real estate websites.
• Participate in marketing campaigns and promotional activities organized by the company.

4. Documentation & Coordination

• Prepare agreements, sales contracts, and leasing documents as per company and legal standards.
• Coordinate with landlords, builders, and developers for property availability and documentation.
• Ensure timely follow-up and closing of deals.

5. Market Research & Reporting

• Conduct market analysis to stay informed about pricing, demand, and competitor activity.
• Submit regular reports on sales progress, leads, and customer feedback to management.
