Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends and investment opportunities, ensuring clients make informed decisions.
  • Develop and maintain a robust network of industry contacts, including mortgage lenders, inspectors, and contractors, to provide clients with a full suite of services.
  • Guide clients through the buying, selling, or leasing process, offering expert advice on pricing strategies, property value, and negotiation tactics.
  • Create compelling property listings, utilizing professional photography and staging techniques to highlight the best features and attract potential buyers.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred to provide a strong foundation in real estate principles.
  • Preference for candidates with experience in residential real estate, as well as familiarity with commercial properties being a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in real estate software and tools, such as MLS systems, CRM platforms, and digital marketing tools.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, enabling effective interaction with clients, colleagues, and industry professionals.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple clients and properties simultaneously.
  • A positive and resilient attitude, able to navigate the challenges of the real estate market with confidence and enthusiasm.
  • Physical ability to conduct property showings and inspections, including walking through properties and navigating various terrains.
  • A valid real estate license is mandatory, demonstrating compliance with local regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales or leasing, showcasing a proven track record in successfully closing deals.
  • Preference for candidates with experience in residential real estate, as well as familiarity with commercial properties being a plus.
