Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Generate leads for the business through telesales and other mechanisms

  • Be able to set up and use Real Estate CRM systems

  • Prepare marketing and presentation material for clients

  • Set up and manage property listings on Bayut, Property Finder and others sites as directed

  • Be able to run social media and marketing campaigns for the company including

  • Coordinate and schedule property viewings, and client meetings, providing a seamless experience for all parties involved.

  • Prepare and process real estate documents, including contracts, agreements, and disclosures, ensuring compliance with legal regulations.

  • Assist in marketing properties through social media, email campaigns, and other channels to enhance visibility and attract potential clients.

  • Having Videography experience would be a specific advantage.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred to ensure a solid educational foundation.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate administration or a similar role, demonstrating an understanding of the industry.
  • Real estate certification or license is a plus, showcasing commitment and knowledge of local regulations and practices.
  • Proven experience in using real estate CRM software and listing platforms to effectively manage property data and client relationships.

I run my own real estate brokerage and need a good administrator to help manage my client activities. You will be expected to generate leads, produce sales and marketing documentation/presentations fror potential clients. List properties and promote my business on Bayut and Property Finder. I also need to successful candidate to manage my dairy and all client activities on a CRM system. You must have proven prior experience working for a real estate company in Dubai Preparing and running Social media campaigns including creating content, posts and videography would be a distinct advantage You must be able to read, write and speak fluently in English. Being able to speak other languages, such as Russian, Arabic and Italian would be advantageous.
