Roles & Responsibilities
Generate leads for the business through telesales and other mechanisms
Be able to set up and use Real Estate CRM systems
Prepare marketing and presentation material for clients
Set up and manage property listings on Bayut, Property Finder and others sites as directed
Be able to run social media and marketing campaigns for the company including
Coordinate and schedule property viewings, and client meetings, providing a seamless experience for all parties involved.
Prepare and process real estate documents, including contracts, agreements, and disclosures, ensuring compliance with legal regulations.
Assist in marketing properties through social media, email campaigns, and other channels to enhance visibility and attract potential clients.
Having Videography experience would be a specific advantage.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred to ensure a solid educational foundation.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate administration or a similar role, demonstrating an understanding of the industry.
- Real estate certification or license is a plus, showcasing commitment and knowledge of local regulations and practices.
- Proven experience in using real estate CRM software and listing platforms to effectively manage property data and client relationships.

You will be expected to generate leads, produce sales and marketing documentation/presentations fror potential clients. List properties and promote my business on Bayut and Property Finder. I also need to successful candidate to manage my dairy and all client activities on a CRM system. You must have proven prior experience working for a real estate company in Dubai Preparing and running Social media campaigns including creating content, posts and videography would be a distinct advantage You must be able to read, write and speak fluently in English. Being able to speak other languages, such as Russian, Arabic and Italian would be advantageous.
