Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Design and develop high-performance, scalable and maintainable interfaces in React (>=18)

Technically supervise a front-end team, lead code reviews and develop developers' skills

Ensure quality through TDD , automated testing (unit, integration, e2e) and CI/CD processes

Participate in complex migrations , front-end redesigns, and architectural developments (monolith micro frontends, etc.)

Apply the principles of DDD , Clean Code , SOLID , KISS/DRY , etc.

Work closely with QA, backend and DevOps teams (Docker, CI, monitoring)

Stack & Tools

  • React 18+, TypeScript, Redux / State, Vite / Webpack
  • Testing : Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Playwright
  • CI/CD : GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Docker, Sonar
  • Quality monitoring: ESLint, Prettier, Husky, Storybook
  • DevOps Friendly: good understanding of cloud/containerized environments

  • Minimum 7 years of front-end experience with an advanced React focus
  • Proven experience in redesign , migration and front-end architecture design
  • Rigorous practice of TDD , automated testing and continuous integration
  • Culture of clean code , quality standards and reliable delivery
  • Natural technical leadership, ability to challenge and advance a team
  • DevOps culture, comfortable with production environments
