Roles & Responsibilities
Role: RBI Engineer
Project: Saudi ARAMCO
Location: Khurais oil fields
Industry: oil & gas/ petrochemical/ Refinery
Notice Period: We prefer candidates who can join us immediately or with a 15-25 day notice period.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's in chemical / mechanical/industrial engineering
Experience: 6+ years of oil & gas experience, along with experience working on E2G Plant Manager software/ portal/system.
Must have worked on 2 RBI projects for ARAMCO previously
Certification: API 580 Certified for Risk Based Inspection, (SAEP-343) with at least five (5) years of relevant experience.
Project Benefits:
5-day working week (48 hours per week)
Expected OT of 2+ hours per day as per the approved time sheet (Benefit of earning extra apart from Basic salary).

Responsibility:
Directly reporting to inspection supervisor update status of RBI
Participation of inspection meetings as an RBI Facilitator
Each visit consists of twelve hours (12) a day
To perform RISK Based Inspection, Development of Corrosion Loops, Identifying the damage mechanism
Prioritize and schedule the implementation of initial RBI assessment for each Unit based on next T&I date and integrity issues associated with operating risk.
Analyze the risk results and prepare the final inspection plan
Ensure the onsite implementation of RBI Recommendation with Inspector/ Field Supervisor
Develop tracking system for implementing RBI
OSI Establishment and Optimization as per SAEP-1135
Act as MOC coordinator to review and approve All MOC's
Participate in the development of corrosion control document e.g. corrosion loops and inspection plans
Perform calculation for Tm/MRT/Corrosion rate/remaining life etc. for piping and equipment
Perform risk assessment for field piping and equipment
Evergreening RBI Study of 15 Aramco units as per RBI Annual plan submitted to inspection department
RBI Study for any unit after 4 months of T&I
Extraction of T&I reports data from SAP SAIF and Aramco data software
OSI optimization of ongoing units marking of CML on Iso drawings
Weekly MOC review meeting to review all MOCs related to RBI and give approval
T&I Deviation and extension approval RBI studies review risk
Implement all High, Medium high inspections create notifications ,follow-up with inspection area field supervisor
Update RBI software review results and update all high, medium high inspection in Aramco corporate tracking system
Site visit inspection follow ups and for OSI optimizations
RBI presentations to management upon request
PIPI meetings follow up all related to PIPI score
