Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Ensure all raw materials meet Midea s quality standards, technical specifications, and regulatory requirements.

  • Conduct incoming material inspections and laboratory testing as required.
  • Monitor supplier performance and collaborate with procurement to resolve material quality issues.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of material certificates, approvals, and test results.
  • Work closely with production teams to secure timely material supply and avoid downtime.
  • Support R&D in testing and approving new materials for mass production.
  • Implement corrective and preventive actions for raw material nonconformities.
  • Assist in audits (internal, customer, and certification bodies) related to raw materials.
  • Promote safety, environmental compliance, and adherence to Midea s global standards.

Desired Candidate Profile


  • Bachelor s degree in Materials Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • 1 3 years of experience in raw materials, quality control, or supply chain (preferably in manufacturing/industrial sector).
  • Knowledge of raw material testing, handling, and compliance requirements.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills with ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Detail-oriented with strong sense of accountability.
