RADIOLOGY TECHNICIAN/ TECHNOLOGIST

To perform diagnostic dental radiographic procedures in accordance with clinical standards, safety protocols, and Qatar s Ministry of Public Health (MOPH) regulations, ensuring high-quality imaging to support accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Ensure patient safety by properly shielding and positioning during radiographic procedures.
• Operate and maintain dental imaging equipment and ensure all devices are in good working condition.
• Follow infection control protocols and radiation protection guidelines at all times.
• Maintain accurate patient radiography logs and documentation.
• Comply with MOPH licensing and radiation safety regulations applicable to dental radiology in Qatar.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor s Degree in Radiologic Technology or Diagnostic Imaging
• Valid QCHP License or eligibility for licensing as a Radiology Technician/Technologist in Qatar
• Minimum 2 3 years of relevant experience in dental or medical imaging.
• Familiarity with dental radiographic techniques, including digital imaging systems
• Strong understanding of radiation safety protocols and infection control
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a clinical team.
