Roles & Responsibilities

  • Operate X-ray equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the process.
  • Position patients accurately and precisely for various radiological examinations, understanding anatomical landmarks and technical factors.
  • Assess patient history and clinical information to tailor imaging protocols, optimizing image quality and minimizing radiation exposure.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in radiologic technology through continuing education and professional development opportunities.
  • Prepare examination rooms, equipment, and supplies, maintaining a clean and organized work environment to minimize risks.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
