Rollout Project Radio Engineer - Rollout project for 3G/4G/5G RF RNO

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Strong proficiency with 3G/4G/5G practical knowledge with good communication skills.
• Be familiar with 3G/4G/5G OSS-KPI degradation reason analysis and OSS-KPI optimization process. have good capability at KPI optimization solution.
• Good knowledge at Rollout project process.
• Understanding 3G/4G/5G major enhancement feature and solution. Have experience at feature or solution deployment and evaluation.
• Experience in both LTE FDD and TDD Networks with multiple carriers.
• Good skills at Ericsson RF basic tool, such as Business Object, Network Analytics
• Capable of planning PCI, RSN, Relation for new site and auditing the baseline parameters
• Experience in handling Initial tuning of new site, site upgrade for new carrier, 4*4 etc.
• Preparing new site / carrier upgrade report for acceptance from KPIs and Drive test
• Familiar with physical tuning decision on coordination with drive test team
• Updating database, KML and tab files
• Hard-working attitude and willing to extend working hours if in case of urgency task. Good service awareness as qualified RF service engineer.
• Good skills at basic office software such as Excel/Power point/word. Good at reporting and summary of daily work.
• Candidate must have proven experience related optimization for last 5 Years.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor s degree in Degree in Electrical, Electronics or Telecommunications Engineering or IT.
• Minimum 5 Years experience on Rollout or Managing Service, with 2-3 Year experience on Ericsson Radio equipment.
