R&D & QC Engineer PRIME AC INDUSTRIES (L.L.C)

Quality Control (QC):

· Conducting quality checks on raw materials, packing material, in-process batches, and finished goods.

· Ensure the product formulations as per the standard BOM.

· Supporting for SAP Update.

· Performing laboratory tests to ensure the quality of the product complies with the standard specification.

· Monitoring Temperature and Humidity

· Overseeing batch production to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

· Conducting in-process quality checks to ensure consistency and compliance with specifications.

· Identifying and correcting deviations in-process parameters.

· Ensuring production adheres to safety, environmental and regulatory guidelines.

· Ensuring the batch card for raw material quantity and in-process parameters.

· Investigating non-conformities and implementing corrective actions to resolve quality issues internal and customer site.

· Maintaining detailed QA/QC reports and documentation.

· Coordinating with production teams to resolve deviations and maintain product integrity.

· Implementing safe handling storage, reducing wastage, sustainability and cleanliness.

· Train the production team and workers for quality awareness, FIFO follow, waste management, cleanliness.

· Ensuring compliance with Inward and Outward materials with required documents.

· Prepare and share monthly reports on QC sample test RM/Packaging, IP & FG test details to manager.

· Preparing COA, SOP, STP for the products.

· Supporting for ISO, DCL and customer audits.

Research and Development (R&D):

· Developing a new product trial in the lab as advised by the Technical Manager based on business requirement.

· Modifying and Improving formulations to improve product quality.

· Supporting purchase to develop alternate RM sources from different vendors.

· Complete evaluation of new products trial for chemical and application properties.

· Conducting cost effective formulation trials and evaluating the impact of changes on existing.

· Implementing new formulation and supporting scale up in production for bulk processing.

· Analyzing customer feedback and working on enhancements to meet market expectations.

· Testing competitor samples provided by sales team.

· Arranging customer trial samples requested by the sales team.

· Developing technical reports and presenting findings for process and product improvements.

· Supporting to arrange samples for 3rdparty labs on required basis.

· Product testing and application demo for sales team and training.

· Supporting production teams for any salvage or reprocess activities by taking lab trials.

· Prepare TDS & MSDS of the products.

· Preparing SOP and STP for new products.

· Prepare and share monthly reports on R&D Trials, competitor sample test, New RM/Packaging test details to manager.
