Roles & Responsibilities

  • Analyze complex marine project specifications, drawings, and technical documents to accurately interpret requirements for creating detailed quotations.
  • Prepare comprehensive and competitive quotations for marine services, repairs, and equipment, ensuring compliance with client specifications and company pricing strategies.
  • Collaborate with marine engineers, project managers, and sales teams to gather necessary information, clarify technical aspects, and ensure quotation accuracy.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of marine industry standards, regulations, and market trends to provide informed and up-to-date quotations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in marine principles.
  • Holds relevant certifications such as PMP or equivalent, showcasing project management capabilities within marine projects.
  • Demonstrates 5+ years of experience in a quotation-making role within the marine industry, with proven expertise in vessel repair and maintenance.
  • Exhibits a deep understanding of marine equipment, systems, and services, including knowledge of various vessel types.
