Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee, manage, and optimize the operation, production, and maintenance of a high-capacity crusher and quarry plant (500+ TPH), ensuring maximum efficiency, safety, and profitability.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Manage daily operations of the crusher plant, ensuring production targets (500+ TPH) are consistently achieved.
  • Supervise and lead a team of operators, technicians, and maintenance staff.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for crushers, screens, conveyors, and associated equipment.
  • Monitor production data, downtime, and performance KPIs; recommend and execute improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards and local regulations.
  • Control stockpiles, raw feed, and final product sizes/quality.
  • Coordinate with procurement for spare parts, consumables, and contractors.
  • Train staff on equipment handling, troubleshooting, and safety procedures.
