Job Location: Manama, Bahrain

Job Description:


Prepare detailed quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications.
Develop accurate cost estimates and project budgets.
Monitor and control project costs throughout the construction phase.
Manage and reconcile variations and claims.
Prepare interim and final valuations.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors.
Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
Process and evaluate change orders, ensuring accurate cost implications.
Calculate material quantities required for various construction phases.
Monitor project progress and measure work completed against the program.

Qualification & Experience:

Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
Proven 5-7 years experience in civil engineering projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and materials.
Proficiency in quantity surveying software (e.g., WinQS, CCS, etc.).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
