Quantity Surveyor (only for Bahraini Nationals)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for analyzing material usage, monitoring consumption, and forecasting requirements for our marine and floating structure projects. This role requires a strong understanding of cost estimation, resource management, and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze material usage, consumption rates, and wastage patterns to optimize resource management.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets for various marine and floating structure projects.
• Forecast material requirements for ongoing and upcoming projects based on design specifications and project timelines.
• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the purchasing team to ensure timely procurement of materials.
• Conduct cost analysis and identify opportunities for cost-saving without compromising quality.
• Maintain accurate records of material consumption, cost reports, and project expense tracking.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and project management teams to ensure accurate quantity calculations.
• Provide data-driven insights and reports to management for informed decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality requirements.

Requirements:

• Bahraini Nationality (mandatory).
• Preferably female candidates.
• Bachelor s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the marine, construction, or related industry.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in cost estimation and forecasting.
• Proficiency in using quantity surveying software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
