Roles & Responsibilities

Missions
Intervene in various fields and networks: Heating, sanitary, thermal engineering, air conditioning, electricity carpentry.
Monitor construction sites and verify compliance with execution.
Liaise between the customer's managers and the technical department.
Carry out surveys of what is carried out (dimensions, surfaces, volumes, situations, etc.) on the construction sites.
Evaluate the quantities of items, supplies, materials, etc. implemented in the project.
Establish work-related attachments according to contract documents.
Ensure the contradictory signing of attachments with the client.
Draw up the situation and the invoice on the basis of the recognized attachments.
Track the payment of the invoice or situation.
Manage the contract for the works and also ensure its follow-up, on a commercial and financial level.
Prepare invoices for lump sum advances.
Draw up the invoice for the retention payments at each receipt
Participate in price negotiations for additional work
Ensure that the client signs the amendment for off-market work
Prepare invoices for additional work within the scope of the contract within the limit of 20%.
Have the Provisional and Final Acceptance Minutes signed.
Establish the Final General Settlement (DGD).
Obtain certificates of Good Performance.
Collect Bank Guarantees.
Evaluate the cost price of a site, control expenses and update prices.
Attend site meetings, coordination meetings and monitoring and control missions.
Profile
BTS in minimum measurements.
Having 05 years minimum experience.
Knowing how to read a specification, a schedule of unit prices.
Knowing how to form an attachment.
Knowing how to draw up an invoice.
Mastery of follow-up planning.
Know how to follow contractual deadlines, and anticipate litigation.
Mastery of quantity survey.
Mastery of tendering procedures.
Mastery of construction standards.
Mastery of the specifications of the special administrative clauses CCAP.
Mastery of disbursement methods.
Mastery of construction economics.
