Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Missions
Review the file of each project in conjunction with the architect.
Consider taking measurements on the ground and making sketches.
Determine the quantities of materials and the time required to complete each task.
Select the products and materials.
To make proposals to improve quality and reduce costs.
Consult suppliers, compare prices, negotiate.
Prepare the quotes to be sent to the client.
Develop an implementation plan.
Monitor the construction site, ensuring that deadlines and costs are met.
Profile
Minimum BTS in measurements.
Having a minimum of 5 years of experience.
Knowing how to read a specification document, a unit price schedule.
Knowing how to train an attachment.
Knowing how to prepare an invoice.
Proficiency in follow-up planning.
Knowing how to meet contractual deadlines, and anticipating potential disputes.
Proficiency in quantity surveying calculations.
Proficiency in tendering procedures.
Mastery of construction standards.
Proficiency in quantity surveying software, AutoCAD.
