Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Carry out on-site surveys (measurements, dimensions, volumes).
- Analyze the architectural and execution plans.
- establish the preliminary and detailed measurements of the works.
- Prepare the quantity and cost estimates.
- Calculate the quantities of materials, labor and costs required.
Skills:
- Mastery of technical plans (structural work, finishing work).
- Good knowledge of construction standards.
- Strong skills in calculations and estimations.
