Roles & Responsibilities
Job description
Reporting to the Quality Manager of the site, you will play a key role in the continuous improvement of the quality performance of the workshop. You will be in charge of compliance with quality standards in an environment rich in processes, including SMD lines (screen printing, SMD application, reflow, AOI), waves (laminar and selective), as well as several special processes (gluing, varnishing, pressfit...). The position is in 2×8 shift hours.
Your missions will be as follows:
Prepare, update and analyze quality indicators (FPY, scrap, non-conformities)
Manage the security of finished products, work-in-progress and raw materials in conjunction with operators.
Analyze defects (simple and complex) in collaboration with the methods, production, maintenance and testing teams.
Facilitate or participate in cause investigation groups and problem solving.
Participate in daily steering meetings (LDM type, quality).
Train and support the inspectors on quality criteria.
Provide operational support to the controllers.
Prepare checklists and ensure their implementation.
Prepare and carry out quality audits (block audits, internal audits), ensure invitations, reports and follow-ups.
Manage the quality documentation of the sector: updating, presentation, distribution.
Participate in the launch of prototypes (PRS), in the preparation of quality audits.
Qualifications
The profile we are looking for:
You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position or in quality control in an electronic board manufacturing industry.
You are familiar with the rules of electronic wiring, including IPC A-610 / A-620 standards.
You demonstrate rigour, autonomy and a strong involvement in the missions entrusted to you.
You are a teacher and a good communicator, able to support teams effectively.
You have good interdepartmental communication skills (production, methods, processes, maintenance, etc.).
You are fluent in French, both written and oral (writing reports, emails, participating in meetings, etc.).
You have a Bac+2 level training (such as BTS electronics, quality or industrial processes).
