Mission and Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for:

• Ensure the identification of risks related to new starts and product change notices, and implement locking systems to guarantee customer requirements before moving to series production.
• Validate the modification notices and start-ups.
• Validate the initial samples.
• Validate the means of production linked to change notices and start-ups.
• Assess the risks associated with change notices and start-ups.
• Monitor the implementation of action plans related to change notices and start-ups.
• Participate in conducting audits related to project processes.
• Participate in the FMEA activity.
• Ensure the validation and certification of training for newly recruited operators
• Respect and enforce the Sews Cabind Morocco Code of Ethics

• D quality audit process
• Quality methods and tools (FMEA, 5S, Pareto chart, 5W2H, process approach)
• Product quality standards
• Operating procedures for the manufacturing process of electrical beams
• R f rentiels qualit (ISO TS - OHSAS)
• Quality procedures

You are dot sd one:

• Problem solving ability
