Job Summary:
The Quality & Regulation Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the organization s operations, processes, and products comply with all applicable regulatory, legal, and internal quality standards. The role involves overseeing compliance frameworks, monitoring control systems, identifying risks of non-compliance, and implementing corrective actions. The manager will also act as a key liaison with regulators, auditors, and stakeholders to uphold the organization s commitment to integrity, quality, and regulatory excellence.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain compliance and quality management systems aligned with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
•
8 12 years of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or quality management, with managerial responsibilities.
•
Monitor and oversee internal control systems to detect, prevent, and address violations of legal, regulatory, and ethical guidelines.
•
Conduct risk assessments to identify potential compliance vulnerabilities and develop mitigation strategies.
•
Regularly review and update policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with changing regulations.
•
Lead investigations of compliance issues, non-conformities, or breaches, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
•
Prepare and submit compliance and quality reports to senior management and regulatory authorities.
•
Coordinate and support internal and external audits, inspections, and certifications.
•
Train and mentor employees on compliance policies, regulatory updates, and ethical practices.
•
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (legal, operations, risk, HR, IT) to strengthen the compliance culture.
•
Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices, advising leadership on potential impacts.
