Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Defining quality procedures in conjunction with operating staff.
- Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures.
- Monitoring performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports.
- Ensure all work meets the contract specifications and standard of excellence of the Joint Venture.
- Ensure all materials meet the contract specifications.
- Coordinate and schedule field testing and performance QA/QC inspections.
- Review all special inspection and material testing perform by third parties.
- Document all inspection and testing in QC reports.
- Working with operating staff to establish standards, systems and procedures
- Recording, analyzing and distributing statistical information
- Performs tests or verifies that the problem was repaired or corrected.
- Performs as resident inspector during the site activity progress
- Coordinating all technical specification requirements with Technical Support engineers.
- Study all tender documents
- Able to draft a contract and negotiate its terms.
- Prepare a project brief
- Prepare and compile the BOQ in accordance with Tender instructions
- Compare and contrast between tender specifications and drawings
- Attend tender site visit and prepare report
- Contact suppliers and subcontractors for offer
- Comparative analysis between different offers
- Negotiate and reach agreements with suppliers and subcontractors
- Compile a list of suppliers and subcontractors categorized with remarks, history and reliability
- To be the company's internal contact point for the client during the inquiry and bidding process

- Applied Arts bachelor degree
- 5:7 years of experience
- Wood works & Manufacturing Facilities Background
- Good English
- Males Only
- Job Conditions
- working hours : 9:00 AM To 4:00 PM
- Days off : Friday
- Location : 3rd settlement - New Cairo
