Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conducts QI activities in a manner that complies with regulatory and JCI and other accreditation standards
  • Facilitates and promotes organization wide philosophical commitment to quality.
  • Serves as the focal point of QI activities along with QI Manager
  • Promotes and supports systems and processes to achieve safe, cost effective, high quality healthcare.
  • Reviews, tracks and trends employee/visitor / patient incident reports.
  • Coordinates events for QI activities. Provides guidance to the activities of quality improvement.
  • Uses collaborative efforts and teams to study and improve specific existing processes.
  • Coordinates the activities of process improvement teams.
  • Prepares and displays quality improvement reports and activities utilizing data in a meaningful format.
  • Submits QI reports and minutes to the various Committees for review at their meetings.
  • Investigates employee/visitor / patient incident reports and report to Executive Committee.
  • Promote process improvement for the ongoing prevention and reduction of risk.
  • Daily rounds in the wards to check compliance with QI and hospital Accreditation requirements.
  • To conduct monthly Quality presentation.
  • To regularly update policy and to evaluate as per JCI recommendation.
  • To prepare and submit progress weekly reports.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Qualification : BDS or BHMS or MHA
  • Experience : 6 to 8 years is required
  • Immediate Joiners is preferred
  • Must have Experience in UAE Healthcare as a senior qualify officer
  • Should have experience in JCI, NABH, ISO
