Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Ensure all QI activities are conducted in full compliance with regulatory requirements, Joint Commission International (JCI) standards, and other applicable accreditation frameworks.
  • Champion and facilitate a hospital-wide culture of quality, fostering a shared philosophical commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Serve as a central point of coordination for QI initiatives in collaboration with the QI Manager.
  • Promote and support the development of systems and processes that deliver safe, cost-effective, and high-quality healthcare services.
  • Review, monitor, and analyze incident reports involving employees, visitors, and patients to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Organize and coordinate events that support QI initiatives, providing strategic guidance and oversight.
  • Manage and support the activities of process improvement teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Prepare and present QI reports using data-driven insights, ensuring information is communicated in a clear and actionable format.
  • Investigate incident reports and escalate findings to the Executive Committee for appropriate action.
  • Conduct daily ward rounds to assess and ensure compliance with QI protocols and hospital accreditation standards.
  • Regularly update policies and procedures in accordance with JCI recommendations and evolving best practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field; Master’s preferred
  • Minimum of 3+ years experience in a healthcare JCI Accreditation Hospital - quality role
  • Must have attended JCI Accreditation
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance
  • Work Location- Ajman
