span>The Quality Inspector is responsible for ensuring that products and materials meet defined quality standards and specifications. The role involves inspecting, testing, and documenting the quality of goods at various stages of production or service delivery, identifying defects, and working with the production team to resolve quality issues.br> br>Key Responsibilities:br> br>Conduct routine inspections and quality tests on raw materials, in-process components, and finished products.br> br>Use measuring and testing equipment such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection tools.br> br>Verify compliance with company quality standards, customer requirements, and industry regulations.br> br>Document inspection results accurately and prepare detailed quality reports.br> br>Identify non-conformities, defects, or deviations and recommend corrective or preventive actions.br> br>Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality assurance teams to maintain continuous quality improvements.br> br>Ensure adherence to safety and environmental standards during inspection processes.br> br>Participate in audits, both internal and external, and assist in certification processes.br> br>Qualifications & Skills:br> br>Proven experience as a Quality Inspector or in a similar quality control role.br> br>Knowledge of quality standards and testing methods relevant to the industry.br> br>Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.br> br>Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).br> br>Strong attention to detail and observational skills.br> br>Proficiency in using inspection and measurement tools.br> br>Good communication and documentation skills.br> br>Basic computer skills for reporting and data entry./span>
