Key Responsibilities
Create and run snagging checklists across finishes, joinery, paint, tiles, lights, doors, etc.
Coordinate fixes before handover and document proof (photos + notes).
Inspect materials and workmanship against the approved 3D/scope.
Support client final walk-through and handover documentation.

Requirements

Experience in fit-out / renovation quality control (Dubai experience preferred).
Sharp eye for finish quality and practical site standards.
Confident reporting and communication with teams and clients.
Ability to move quickly across multiple sites.
