Job Description

As a Quality Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that the products and services provided by the organization meet consistent standards of quality. Your primary responsibility will involve developing and overseeing quality control processes, testing products, and ensuring compliance with both internal and external regulations. You will work closely with other departments to implement efficient quality systems. You will also take charge of continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency. Your role will require a keen eye for detail, excellent problem-solving capabilities, and a strong commitment to maintaining and promoting quality standards within the organization.


Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality control strategies to ensure product excellence.
  • Monitor production processes to identify deviations from quality standards.
  • Collaborate with department heads to improve quality control systems.
  • Perform regular audits and inspections across all production areas.
  • Analyze quality metrics and data to make informed decisions and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal quality protocols.
  • Lead the investigation of quality issues and oversee corrective actions.
  • Train staff in quality standards and procedures to maintain high-quality output.
  • Maintain detailed records of quality reports, audits, and inspections.
  • Provide leadership and guidance during quality assurance improvement projects.
  • Engage suppliers and customers to address quality-related feedback and concerns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in quality management.

Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in a quality management role.
  • Strong understanding of quality control standards and methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using quality management systems and related software.
  • Ability to lead and manage cross-functional quality improvement projects.
  • Exceptional communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
