Quality Engineer PRIME AC INDUSTRIES (L.L.C)

Incoming Quality:

· To inspect the incoming material and make report of it and to submit to Purchase Manager and Production Manager in case of any deviation.

· Should make policy for sample inspection and testing.

· To maintain record of incoming material inspected documents.

· To inspect the outsource material on sample basis.

· To report the rejection of material to purchase manager and production manager.

Process & Product Quality:

· To inspect the quality of process as per OMS of the product.

· To participate in process of developing FMEA with Industrial engineering

· To have control plans based on FMEA and to implement same.

· To make audits on process starting from Quotation to Delivery note. Period of audit - every month and keep records of audit.

· To inspect the finished product.

· To inspect the full lot of export product before the units are packed.

· To maintain record with photos for export product.

· To train the operators on quality.

· To produce PPM report for no. of rejections and material received from customer.

· Also supporting ISO certification and other certification process.

Field Complaints:

· To co-ordinate with sales team and production team on field complaints.

· To attend the meeting with customer on quality issues and to produce 8D report.

· To escalate the matter on quality to Production Manager.

· To take meetings with quality team leaders and to maintain record of same.
